The Cosy Home is a heartwarming charity dedicated to providing comfort and stability to families and children in need. Recognising that every home deserves to be warm, welcoming and well-equipped, I established The Cosy Home to collect second-hand household items that are still in good, usable condition.

From bedding and toweling to clothing and footwear, household appliances or toys and books, The Cosy Home accepts a wide range of items. These items are then carefully sorted, cleaned and prepared for their new homes.

We have teamed up with local organisations including Marlborough Womens Refuge and Marlborough Womens Maternal Wellness to ensure that these household items are being placed in the hands of Women and children who are in need of some extra coziness in their homes.

Unlike my Continuous Clear Out service - donations to The Cosy Home can be made during one of my home organisation services or on an as-needed basis.

By donating to The Cosy Home, you’re not just getting rid of items that you no longer need, you’re giving them a new life and helping to turn a house into a home for a family in need. There’s no greater gift than that!

If you know of or are a local Wahine and children in need, please add your name to our mailing list below where a monthly inventory will be sent out and you can respond with the items you would like from the list. These will be delivered to a pickup point locally. All details are in the inventory email.
